I have been doing horse shows for a year. The act i do consists in standing up on the back of two mares that are joined in the middle, i put one foot on the back of one horse and the other on the other horse. At the start it is very dificult but you get used to it. Last October we did a show in Girona, there was a lot of people but i did it quite well. Ths summer i am doing more shows in Empuriabrava.
Three months ago one of the mares had a foal, and now i do the same act but with the foal running byhind us. Here is a photo from last summer.

Three weeks ago i went to the house that we have got in France next to Lyon, ‘ts very big and I have a lot of fun there. There is also a swimming pool and a tennis pitch! I went with my parents but my brother and his fiancé where also there, she is very nice and introduced me to here brother who is very nice, but also very handsome!
We spent the whole week-end there playing tennis and laughing! I love this house, you can do everything there! There are a lot of bedrooms, it’s a bit scary at night when I am on my own but I know that nothing will happen to me.

This summer i will go to Ireland to practice my English; it was my mum’s idea, when she told me about it I didn’t have to think very much before saying yes! It will be an unforgettable experience. The place I am going to has got horses and animals, I will visit the country. I am going to sligo, a city next to the sea in northern Ireland. I can’t wait!! We phoned up and reserved for 2 weeks(the 2 first weeks of july) I will stay with a family, I hope the are nice and the have children my age!! I’m sure that I won’t want to come back home after these two weeks. I’ve been told that there, in Ireland, the talk a ‘strange’ English and maybe I won’t understand it very well, but the main thing is to make people understand me and to understand them.
One month until I go!!

The origins.

A nation of immigrants.

The USA has always attracted immigrants, who were search of political and religious freedoom as well as economic opportunities.
The famine in Ireland in 1840 and industrialisation were a important causes for emigrting.
To control the overflow of immigrants, the Americans set up immigration centres as Ellis Island, which was open from 1892 to 1954, but in the 20th century the USA voted new laws to restrict immigration.
Now a green card is necesary live in America.

Enrique Iglesias!

I like very much this song. In the first place because I like the melody and the words of this song and secondly because Enrique is very handsome!!!! isn't he?
I knew this song 2 or 3 weeks ago more or less, I was watching "MTV music" and there was this song and I liked it. Since this day I keep listening to it.
I talk about Enrique:

High scool musical 2!

Well, classes end at East High, and all are anxious to find a summer job except Sharpay and Rayna because they are very, very rich, and will spend their holidays in the club's summer family. The club phoned Troy to offer him a job, which he accepted with one condition that his friends could work too.
And they are all in the club, Sharpay ensures Troy the best treatment to the point that his work is no longer work. The concern for getting a college scholarship, which offers Sharpay's father, he leaves his friends and he begins to act strangely. Gabriella is hurt by this and she wants to leave her job.
Finally, she understands that Troy should stop thinking in the future and concentrate on living the present.Troy Apologises his friends, and Sharpay ACKNOWLEDGES THAT TROY IS A BETTER PERSON to HER. In the end, Troy and gabriella kiss three times, and the film ends.

As I was a child, I went with my parents to Corsica during the summer holidays. Of course we had to take the ferryboat at Marseille to reach the island.

We left our house very early in the morning. My father was driving quite fast , so we did have time until the boat leaves Marseille.

We enjoyed our trip through Camargue, we admired all the horses and my parents decided to visit one of those “ganaderías”.

Here we are! You may laugh but at the moment it wasn’t funny at all.

Let me tell you what happened. As I was walking along the boxes, I just saw a horse eating. It was so nice and I got closer to it. My mother said to me:
“Lauren, get close to it, I take a photo but be careful don’t touch it while it is eating”

I used to be a naughty girl, I did not listen too much to my mother, so I really wanted to touch it. At the same time my mother took the photo I bended myself towards it, the horse turned suddenly its head and bit my shoulder so strongly that everybody shouted while I was crying. During all my holidays I have got my shoulder completely blue.

Singer was my first dog, my parents brought him for me when I was about 9 years old. He was a cavalier King Charles the same dogs the queen of England).
When they gave him to me he was very cute and lovable. Two months later, when he was still a puppy we found out that he had a lump on his head and of course we took him to the vets. The vet didn’t know what the matter was, and did some tests to try and find out what it was. The results were even sent to Paris.

Finally, he was diagnosed with an illness with his muscles, a very bad illness, but because we loved him so much we took him to the vets all the time, although we spent a lot of money on him we think it was the best thing to do. Singer died last year, his heart stopped…

He lived for 7 years and was very happy with our family.

I have been going to the gym at Empuriabrava since November, I signed up because during the winter I don’t like walking about outside, it’s too cold.
I like going a lot; sometimes I go with my mother and other times with a friend, who also lives in Empuriabrava.
Normally, we do aerobics, which is what I like best, but when I go with my friend she prefers the machines, I don’t like them that much, but I still go on them. I only go during the week, when I haven’t got a lot of exams, because I haven’t got time, and on Sundays the gym is shut.

Axelle.

Axelle is sebastien’s girlfriend, she met him in Paris 8 months ago. She is working as well in Paris in a cosmetic field. She has blue eyes and blond hair she isn’t so tall, she is pretty girl. They want to engage themselves on the 1st of may 2009. They are already talking about their wedding, probably next year, in july. It will be very fun.

Paula, my best friend.

Paula is my best friends. She is very simpathetic and very beautiful. I met her two years ago. And we began to talk,sharing a lot of things and now we are best friends. She understands me, and I too.

Next week, she will be 18 years old, and I don’t know which gift to offer to her. I think to give to her a bangle TOUS. But I didn’t decide yet.

Last year Paula and me, we were going to the same school but not this year . We see each other the week end in Roses, because Paula and my others friends live in Roses.

Next week end, It is her birthday and I will invite to ski. I hope she will enjoy it.

Carlos is my dad’s dog. It is 1 year old. It is an english setter ( an hunting dog ). It is white with brown stain. I like it very much because I play with it and it is very nervious( I like the animals nervious).
During the week Carlos doesn’t live with me and my mother, because my dad works in France and he comes back home every week end.

Carlos has got very qualities but he has got a defect, when I take it for a walk Carlos runs very fast and it doen’t listen to me! But I like it:)

My brother, Sebastien.

Sebastien is my brother, he is 27 years old and he lives in Paris.
He is notary and he likes it very much. He has brown hair and blue eyes, he is tall. I am getting well with him except the fact he has a bad character.

I was born nine years before him and he was the first one holding me in his ams.

I don’t see him a lot because of the distance. Sometimes we call each other and he tells me what he is doing in Paris, his job, his girlfriend… He is getting bored about his life in Paris, the bad weather, the people, the crowd all stressfull.
